Step by Step Oracle Database Manual Creation :-
Steps:-
Install Database software only
create a profile
create a pfile
creating the below directory
[oracle@training db_1]$ mkdir admin
[oracle@training admin]$ mkdir test
[oracle@training db_1]$ mkdir adump bdump cdump udump
[oracle@training 10.2.0]$mkdir oradata
[oracle@training oradata]$mkdir test

create the Passwd file below syntax

[oracle@training]$orapwd file=$ORACLE_HOME/dbs/orapw$ORACLE_SID password=<your password>

SQL> startup nomount
ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area  738197504 bytes
Fixed Size                  1221612 bytes
Variable Size             205523988 bytes
Database Buffers          524288000 bytes
Redo Buffers                7163904 bytes
SQL> CREATE DATABASE "test"
  2  MAXLOGFILES 5
  3  MAXLOGMEMBERS 5
  4  MAXDATAFILES 100
  5  MAXINSTANCES 1
  6  MAXLOGHISTORY 292
  7  LOGFILE
  8  GROUP 1 '/oracle/test/10.2.0/oradata/test/redo1.log' SIZE 10m,
  9  GROUP 2 '/oracle/test/10.2.0/oradata/test/redo2.log' SIZE 10m,
 10  GROUP 3 '/oracle/test/10.2.0/oradata/test/redo3.log' SIZE 10m
 11  DATAFILE
 12  '/oracle/test/10.2.0/oradata/test/system.dbf' size 100m,
 13  '/oracle/test/10.2.0/oradata/test/usr04.dbf' size 10m
 14  sysaux datafile '/oracle/test/10.2.0/oradata/test/sysaux.dbf' size 100m
 15  undo tablespace undotbs1
 16  datafile '/oracle/test/10.2.0/oradata/test/undo.dbf' size 200m
 17  CHARACTER SET AL32UTF8;

Database created.

SQL>@/oracle/test/10.2.0/db_1/rdbms/admin/catalog.sql
SQL> @/oracle/test/10.2.0/db_1/rdbms/admin/catproc.sql
SQL> select name from v$database;
