Solution:

The AD_JAR object not available in apps schema.

sqlplus apps/apps @$AD_TOP/patch/115/sql/ADJRIS.pls

sqlplus apps/apps @$AD_TOP/patch/115/sql/ADJRIB.pls

Run the below SQL to see whether objects are valid

select owner,object_type,status from dba_objects where object_name='AD_JAR';

rerun the adadmin again.
