Step By Step Procedure How to add User and responsibilities on Oracle Fusion Cloud
Login to Cloud Application
Click Navigator
Click Others Then Click Setup and Maintenance
Select Initials Choose All Task then Click Create Implementation User
Click User Then Click Add User Account
Enter User Information then Click Add Role
Enter Role (Responsibility Name) Click Search
Select Role (Responsibility) Click Add Role Membership Click Done
Click Save and Close
Login with Created Username and Password
