Solution ;-
Open Internet explorer -->Click Tools -->Internet Options -->Security -->Select internet -->click Custom Level Disable the XSS Filter --> Click ok
Then Check it .

I am facing below Error FRM-92050: Failed to connect to the server : /forms/lservelet
Solution ;-
Open Internet explorer -->Click Tools -->Internet Options -->Security -->Select internet -->click Custom Level Disable the XSS Filter --> Click ok
