XML Publisher Report not generating the output

My Oracle Application version   11.5.10.2
Database Version    :-   10.2.0.4
Ms Word  version  :-  2003
I used Bi publisher  :10.2....
My NLS_CHARACTERSET  = 'American_America.AR8ISO8859P6'

If i submit the cuncurrent it will complted normal .but out put is not generated .

Solution :-
I used Latest Bi publisher that is the problem .

I will downloaded the Old Oracle XML publisher 5.6 . it will working fine .
