Solution :-

Sqlnet.ora: SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT=120
 
TNS errors in the alert.log by setting the following listener.ora file parameter:
 
INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_listener_name=120
DIAG_ADR_ENABLED_listener_name=OFF
